If you are a commercial trial user, you can take advantage of your special privileges for both technical and commercial queries. Learn more about Trials and Integration.

On the other hand, if you have already finished your trial and are a commercial customer, you can either:

  • Open a ticket in Customer Portal > Support > Create Ticket (asking questions is free), or
  • Directly email/phone/text your LightningChart contact person

Non-commercial users don't have a dedicated contact channel, but you can post general questions and issues in Stack Overflow. These are checked by LightningChart maintainers from time to time.
