Does LightningChart JS licenses include Trading charts?

No, the standard LightningChart JS license does not include Trading charts. If you need access to Trading charts, please contact us at [email protected] for more information.

Can I purchase the library Source Code?

Source Code is only available at an Enterprise level. It can be purchased for instant access for the first year and renewed at a preferential discount for the following years. If a Source Code subscription is not renewed, you will only get access to the Source Code version that was released before stopping the subscription.

Additionally, purchasing the Source Code Assurance is possible for the first year and it can be renewed at a preferential discount for the following years. Source Code Assurance guarantees you receive the Source Code even if LightningChart goes out of business. If you stop your Source Code Assurance subscription, you will not get access to the Source Code even if LightningChart goes out of business.

What is an Enterprise license?

An Enterprise license is applicable for companies with over 1,000 headcounts or over 100M USD in annual revenue. Companies under this category are required to get an Enterprise license. Enterprise licenses can be offered without an internet connection requirement and pricing based on deployment counts based on trust. For more information, contact us at [email protected]

Can I develop my application using the Non-Commercial version and then purchase a license when I deploy it?

The Non-Commercial version is intended only for non-commercial/personal and educational use, for evaluation and testing sign up for the LightningChart JS free trial.

What does perpetual license mean?

A perpetual license will work indefinitely and you can continue using the components for development but the version of your product will be tied to the latest version available defined by your subscription status.

Can I use LightningChart JS without a license?

Starting from version 5.0, LightningChart JS requires a license key regardless of its library version (Commercial, Trial, Non-Commercial).

What is a subscription?

Our licenses are perpetual, but they are distributed with a subscription period included. A subscription assures you access to technical support, based on the number of tickets included in your license, as well as the latest software updates for the selected period.

Do you have performance comparisons and benchmark tests?
